RESERVATION
CONDITIONS LA CHABANNE
1. RESERVATION
Reservations can be made via the on line reservation
system on our website www.lachabanne.nl. This system can also
be used for paying a deposit via telebanking facilities of ABN,
Rabobank or Postbank. If you do not use this system, please
contact us via telephone, fax or e.mail. We will see to it that
your reservation is effected very quickly.
2. PAYMENTS
After receipt of the reservation confirmation
25% of the total rent is payable within 5 days. We should have
received your payment of the rest not later than 6 weeks before
the date of arrival. With reservations within 6 weeks, the full
rent is payable together with the reservation. In the event
of non compliance with these terms, we reserve the right to
charge service costs or cancel the reservation.
3. PRICES
Prices indicated remain unchanged for the running
year, except in the event of printing errors, unforeseen VAT
charges, taxes and surcharges or really evident errors.
4. CHANGES IN CONFIRMED RESERVATIONS
Changes that mean a partial cancellation (for
instance, a shortening of the reserved period) are subject to
the relevant part of the cancellation conditions.
5. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Every guest please first report to reception.
Chambres d’hôtes: your room is available from 3
p.m. On the day of departure please leave your room before 11
a.m.
Campers: your pitch is available from 2 p.m. and should be vacated,
in good condition, before 12 noon.
6. CANCELLATION
A. The reservation can be cancelled without charge
within 7 days after the date of the confirmation. This does
not apply to reservations made within 6 weeks before arrival.
B. For cancellations between 7 days after the date of the confirmation
and 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
C. For cancellations between 6 weeks before arrival and 1 week
before arrival 90% of the total rent will be charged.
D. In the event of a cancellation between 1 week before arrival
and the day of arrival itself the full rent is payable.
E. In the event of an early departure or late arrival no rent
will be refunded.
F. Cancellations should be in writing.
CONDITIONS OF
THE CANCELLATION FUND LA CHABANNE
It is recommended to register with the cancellation
fund. It can save you the costs of cancellation of your room
or camping pitch if a member of the party:
A. suddenly falls ill or gets hurt in the event
of an accident;
B. is confronted with a death in the family, i.e. death of a
spouse, parent, parent in law, child, brother or sister.
Moreover, this fund will compensate you for the
cancellation costs if the head of the family is made redundant.
Registration with the cancellation fund can only
be done together with the booking. The fund provides cover from
the day of reservation until the day of departure you have indicated
on the application for reservation. In the event of an early
departure, for one of the above-mentioned reasons, repayment
takes place in proportion to the number of days of your holiday
missed out. In such a case you should inform reception of your
departure. Extras used or consumed will not be repaid.
To be eligible for a refund from the cancellation
fund, you will be required to present a cancellation statement
and documents in evidence. In the event of a cancellation the
premium for the cancellation fund will not be repaid. The premium
is 5.5% of the total amount.
